Normal recharge, block confirmation was delayed and did not arrive in time.
If your recharge information is confirmed but the assets have not yet arrived, the record of the recharge can be queried on the block. However, because the block is waiting for confirmation, when the block is fully confirmed, the block will be synchronized to the platform wallet. There will also be a certain delay, please be patient. Customer service staff will handle the matter, because Ouyi platform customer service is unable to assist.
Recharge in different currencies will result in failure to arrive.
Before recharging, please confirm that the recharge currency is the same as the currency of the platform. If the full name of the currency is inconsistent, the account will not be credited. Please provide [Problem Feedback] and the staff will assist you with the return process.
The wrong address and network were charged, resulting in the inability to receive the account.
For example: Please carefully check the recharge address and network before recharging. Do not recharge ETH to a BTC address, and do not recharge ERC20 network assets to the on-chain network or other networks. This will cause the assets to fail to arrive. If you encounter such a situation, please submit [Problem Feedback] in time and the staff will help you deal with it.
Fill in the wrong label, resulting in failure to receive the account
Recharge of some currencies requires filling in a tag (Memo/ also known as Tag). You need to correctly fill in the label of the currency on the other party's platform. If the label is filled in incorrectly and the account cannot be received normally, you can submit problem feedback and explain your details, including your recharge currency, quantity, correct label and write-in If there are incorrect tags or hash values, engineers will follow up and handle them for you.
Smart contract recharge cannot be received
When recharging, each currency has a corresponding recharge address. Please use the recharge address of the currency generated by the recharge platform system. Do not use the contract address of the currency to recharge, otherwise the account will not be received.
Block reward recharge resulted in failure to arrive.
For example: mining income can only be recharged to the wallet address. Only when the assets arrive in the wallet can they be recharged to the Ouyi capital account for transactions. Ouyi does not support blockchain reward recharge.
Packaged recharge, causing the account to fail to arrive
Please do not use multiple packaged recharge methods to recharge. If you have already done so, the account cannot be received normally and engineers need to intervene. Please submit [Problem Feedback] and select the recharge not received and describe your problem in detail. We will follow up There are engineers to assist you.
The minimum recharge amount has not been reached, resulting in failure to receive the account.
The recharge page of the platform clearly indicates the minimum recharge amount. If the amount you recharge does not reach the minimum recharge unit of the currency, it will not be credited.
