Select your pick-up location on the app to request a ride. You can customize your order by selecting your drop-off location, number of vehicles, vehicle type and payment method. When your order is matched with a nearby taxi, it gives you an estimated time of arrival. It's that simple!

Go to Calculate Fare and enter pick-up and drop-off locations. We'll show you estimated fares and travel times. *Actual fares will vary based on traffic, road conditions and route.

Travel smart with our airport fixed prices! Flat-rate taxi services are available in some cities and fees may vary depending on participating taxi companies.
4.JapanTaxi Wallet and Cashless Payment Options
Link your payment method to your JapanTaxi account and pay for your ride seamlessly. The online payment feature accepts credit cards and other online payment services.
